introduces diners to the narrative behind Vietnamese cuisine and local ingredients. The menu is named with only one word, evoking different thoughts, much like the versatile word "đồng" in Vietnamese. Throughout this culinary journey, guests will savor dishes created from humble and familiar ingredients deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture, from rural to urban areas.

Chef’s Menu 2.0

Launched on a special occasion - just right after Tết and one day before Valentine’s. The main inspiration to create this menu is Mâm Ngũ Quả (Vietnamese traditional five-fruit tray including soursop, figs, coconut, papaya, and mango), not even mention the family gathering custom that it also encompasses. Though telling a story or meaning behind each dish, we spread an encapsulated message and hope for a fulfilling year ahead.
